大学英语四级考试（CET4），听力在2016年6月开始改革。对于我们来说，最好的练习听力的方法是是通过听力真题来提高听力水平，一方面真题能帮助我们熟悉考试时的听力语速英语听力材料音频：大学英语四级听力真题-2018年12月第2套-音频+原题，锻炼自己的听力审题、答题节奏；另一方面世界上任何人说的语言英语听力材料音频，都需要多听与多说，当然计算机和各种神奇生物的交流语言除外。
