【课前讲解及学习秘诀】： 本章英语学习内容涉及年份，月份 和序数词。
我小的时候背诵英语的月份是一个大挑战，多数单词长而复杂，即便背下来也常常和中文的月份对不上。这个问题如果只是一个拼写和阅读理解问题的话如何快速背英语课文，死记硬背加上慢慢回忆通常可以解决。然而在交流中，尤其是在听力考试（注：时间和数字是雅思托福听力必考项目），任何迟疑都会是丢分环节。如何将这个问题一了百了地解决呢？
【如何记住并快速听懂理解英语的月份？】
【刘博士秘诀】：首先，试着将英语的12个月份与阿拉伯数字进行关联联想，而不是与中文的月份相连。这样联想会方便许多；试着在每说出一个月份的英语或是听到英语的月份表达时，立刻在脑海中联想相应的阿拉伯数字；其次，将月份的表达放在短句里进行表达，不要单独背单词！如：January is before February; February is before March; December is after November。 试着一边在脑海中想数字，一边重复表达。当你能像说顺口溜一样将这个顺序和相反顺序表达完整地说一遍时，从此你就一辈子记住英语月份的说法和并能轻松听懂了。考试也不会丢分了！
【用英语表达年份的几种方法】
【刘博士秘诀】；记住最简单的2种表达法吧，足够了。在实际交流中会有少许例外，但是你一定会懂的：
1）4位数的年份，如现在的2021，可以说成20(twenty)-21(twenty-one)。为什么这么表达？因为简单呀！其他例子：（19-45，19-84）。如果你不嫌麻烦如何快速背英语课文，想多说一点练英语的话如何快速背英语课文：”刘博士英语突破学习法”公开课4: 5分钟学会，一辈子记住，也行，就说 Two Thousand Twenty One吧；
2）三位数的年份，如751年如何快速背英语课文，可以说成7（Seven）-51 (fifty one), 或是 seven hundred fifty one。如果你表达的是公元前的年份，请在年份后面加上BC 两个字母，如 seven fifty-one BC。
3）两位数的年份说法没有意外，直接念数字.
4) 最后问大家一个小问题：1900年怎么说好？
